Roxy and Winston were owner surrendered on 10/31/2019, due to the mom being arrested for assault.  She bonded out and we returned the pair on 12/26/19.  Unfortunately the mom was arrested again for assault on 12/31/2019 and the dogs were sent back to us on 01/03/2020.  The decision was made to completely surrender the dogs.
