Little Bean is a chihuahua that came into us very pregnant.. She was too pregnant to spay. Unfortunately she was bred to a very large dog and the puppies were stuck in the birth canal. She had to have an emergency c section. Her uterus was torn by the size of the puppies. This is why we preach the importance of spaying your animals.

Unfortunately only one puppy, Ty, was born alive and it contracted an infection and died at 3 days. Poor Bean has been through a lot. She had to be hospitalized again for an infection after her puppy died. Fortunately she is fully recovered and ready for her own family. She craves attention and loves people. She can be a little mouthy when she wants attention, so probably would do better in a house without toddlers.
