Snowball was owner surrendered.  His owners were not caring for him and he was a matted mess.  As a result he was hurting and biting at them. 

Snowball has been a loving dog since he was groomed and the tangles were removed.  He had some sores, which are healing.  He was also covered in fleas, which we have treated. 

Snowball needs a loving family that is going to treat him with love and understanding.  He is afraid of men, which makes us wonder how he was being treated.  The lady that turned him in said he was running with their other 15 to 20 dogs outside.  He needs work on potty training, since he never lived inside.  Once he bonds with you, he is 120% yours.  He follows his foster mom everywhere.  He is wanting a connection with a family.  But he takes a day to warm up and he is a fear biter if you try to rush him.
