Snowy is a friendly boy who gets along with everyone and every dog he meets at the facility. He is a joy to be around. He is always capturing your attention, but he can be vocal at times when he is confined. Snowy was adopted by a woman that loved him, but he bonded very strongly with her and would not allow her husband near her. She will need to be in a family where all members are committed to helping her adjust appropriately.
