Meet our precious boy Lil Abner. He came from a horrible hoarding situation and was neglected. Since being in rescue he has had his teeth cleaned, a hernia repaired, and a mass removed. This little guy is looking to be a lap dog for someone. He would do best in a calm home where someone is around a majority of the time. He doesn't tolerate high energy dogs.
