Meet Skipper. Skipper was found by a pair of good sams that were visiting San Antonio from California. They did the right thing and rescued her off the street, so she wouldn't be killed. When they called 311 they were told to take her to a park and drop her off. They refused and started calling rescues. They wanted her safe before they left Texas. We agreed to take her. Skipper's story has a fairy tale ending. The family that saved her went back to California, but couldn't forget the happy puppy they rescued. They have kept in touch and they will be adopting her. She leaves on transport Wednesday. There is no doubt that she will have a great life with her new parents. They are so excited.
