Meet Yzma. This little 12 pound bundle of chaos and energy needs a family that will give her the attention she deserves.  She has unparalleled energy, but she does calm down.  She tends to be jealous of other dogs getting your attention.  She starts pushing them around, but she doesn't bite.  She just pushes them away and gets vocal.  When she is by herself, she is awesome.  Quiet.  Only gets talkative when she is trying to get the attention from other dogs. She get's along fine with cats. We are hoping to find her a home where she is the only dog to prevent confrontation.
