Meet Ms. Parker. This little jewel is going to make a family very happy. She is soooooo sweet and fun to be around. She has her sassy side too, when she thinks she is being ignored. Her owner was over the limit of dogs allowed by the city.....and his wife. He didn't want to give his girl up, and I can see why. This girl is perfect for a family needing a hypoallergenic dog.
