Lola was a well loved dog that was surrendered to the Lampasas Animal Shelter because her owners could no longer care for her. Unfortunately their financial situation changed and they recognized their inability to provide the on-going grooming and annual vet care for multiple animals.

Lola came in pregnant, but she also had an infection in her uterus. Unfortunately she had to be spayed to save her. The puppies were not viable.
