Hector is a spunky guy. He loves attention and gets a bit jealous if attention is given elsewhere. He is startled easy but with time that should change. Hector enjoys to snuggle, is a bit sensitive and strives to be a good boy. He likes to observe things before he does it own his own. Hector is about 3 months old, 6 pounds, and is $300 to adopt. This dog is currently in Texas; however, it can be transported to Washington, Portland (Oregon), Minneapolis, Milwaukee, Chicago, Des Moines, Omaha, Cin cinnati, Lexington KY, or all along the East Coast. If transported, there is an additional transport fee of $225 . We do not transport to Rhode Island or Massachusetts due to their regulations.
