Meet Dolly!

Dolly is a resilient and sweet 13.8-pound girl with a heart as big as her journey. After spending over two years living on the streets, enduring the hardship of having her puppies taken from her and having to fend for herself, Dolly’s life took a turn for the better when she was rescued. Initially, trappers were trying to catch a different dog when they stumbled upon Dolly, who was friendly despite her rough circumstances. Though they faced challenges accessing her puppies, Dolly and her five little ones were finally rescued and brought to safety.

Born around August 12, 2021, Dolly has survived so much and is now fully vetted and ready for her forever home. She gets along wonderfully with people and other dogs, and despite her past, she remains a loving and trusting companion. It’s possible she survived distemper as a puppy, which is reflected in her teeth, but she’s now in great health and eager to find a loving family.

This dog is currently in Texas; however, it can be transported to Washington, Portland (Oregon), Minneapolis, Milwaukee, Chicago, Des Moines, Omaha, Cincinnati, Lexington KY or all along the East Coast. If transported, there is an additional transport fee of $225. We do not transport to Rhode Island or Massachusetts due to their regulations.
