My name is Teka and I was born on 04/01/2005. The jokes on me, my parents got a divorce and my mommy threw me and my fur brother in my old daddy's yard like trash. Didn't want us anymore. Unfortunately neither did dad's new wife. We were told we needed to find a new home. My little brother was lucky, he was young and a friend took him. I'm not so young anymore. I still like to play and I am very well behaved. My foster mom says I am a joy to have around. Too bad my old mommy didn't feel that way.
Adoption fee $100 (includes spay/neuter, appropriate distemper/parvo shots for dog's age, bordatello and rabies shots. All dogs over 6 mon6hs are tested for heartworms. Once the dog comes into the system they are current on heartworm medications and flea/tick preventative. A Doggie 4 You is the dba for the not for profit 10th Life Surgical Center. ;We are one of the only rescues that accept dogs that are injured or in need of medical treatment. Our standard adoption fee is $150, or $300 for a purebred. All monies go towards the care and placement of the dogs.
