My name is Peony. I was picked up by the Fair Oaks Ranch animal control officer. I was thrown in the slammer at the Boerne City Pound, where I was so afraid I sat in a corner growling at everyone. A nice lady their named Lori decided to work with me and help me get a chance at a new life. Lori called A Doggie 4 You and told them I had potential. Now I feel special. I get to play with the other dogs and meet new people. It takes me a little while to get used to you, but once I do I like to play. Do you have the patience to give me a chance? 

I am now a quiet Chihuahua that loves to interact with people.  I am very social and extremely sweet.  She came to us with puppies.  I am a good girl that has heartworms.  

Her adoption fee is $150 plus $100 for six months of Advantage Multi and 2 cycles of doxycycline.
