Angie was part of a seizure from Converse Texas.  She was not handled much and was feral when she came in.  She has thrived in our environment and thinks she runs the shelter.  She is a typical Chihuahua.  When a new person comes in, she acts ferocious.  Once she knows you, you can't get her off your lap.  She loves people who give her any attention. 

She is very smart and loyal.  Her biggest fault is she can climb over any fence with wire.  Then the chase is on.  She is difficult to catch when she escapes the yard.  You have to wait until she wants to come back.  This means she needs to have a yard with a privacy fence and no escape holes or she needs to be walked on leash.  She would be a great candidate for an apartment. 

We are working with her on potty training, she hits the potty pad about 90% of the time.
